1) About us
Print Stars LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates PrintsFinds (printsfinds.com). By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below. These terms help set clear expectations and protect both parties.

2) Processing & production time (made to order)
Our products are typically made to order. Orders are sent to production after payment is confirmed. Production/processing time is usually 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During peak seasons, new product launches, or major carrier disruptions, processing and shipping timelines may be longer. We’ll always do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
3) Shipping time estimates
The estimates below refer to shipping transit time after your order has shipped. Total time to receive your order is typically production time (1–5 business days) + shipping transit time.

Canada: 7–15 business days

Europe: 5–12 business days
These are estimates and can vary depending on carrier performance, destination, weather, customs processing, and other factors outside our control. You’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships.
Split shipments: If your order includes multiple items, they may be produced and shipped separately. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking updates.
4) Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and the items in your cart. The amount shown at checkout is the final shipping charge for that order.
5) Address changes & order changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change the delivery address or correct a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@printsfinds.com.
- We can usually update addresses only before the order enters production/shipping.
- Once an order has been produced or shipped, address changes may not be possible.
6) Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment is created.
7) Delays, lost packages, and damaged deliveries
7.1 Delivery time exceeded
If your order is significantly past the expected delivery window, please contact us so we can help investigate the issue with the carrier.
7.2 Package marked “Delivered” but not received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office/carrier. If it’s still missing, contact us at info@printsfinds.com and we’ll assist you.
7.3 Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging and shipping label (if available)
7.4 Resolution (replacement or refund)
In cases of confirmed lost shipments or damaged/defective items, you will receive a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation and availability.
8) Duties, taxes, and customs
8.1 Taxes
Where applicable, taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with local requirements.
8.2 Import duties & customs fees
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
If a customer refuses to pay applicable duties/taxes and the parcel is returned or abandoned, we may not be able to issue a full refund. Any refund (if applicable) may exclude original shipping costs and may be reduced by return shipping or carrier fees.
9) Cancellations
If you change your mind, please contact us immediately at info@printsfinds.com. We can accept cancellations only before production begins.
If an order has already entered production or has shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the next steps.
