1) Who we are
This store is operated by Print Stars LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2) Made-to-order products (important)
Most of our items are printed to order. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases (for example: ordering the wrong size, no longer needing the item, or not liking the color after delivery), unless required by applicable local consumer law.

Personalized/custom items (for example: prints with custom text, name, dedication, or any requested customization) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
3) EU/EEA/UK consumer right to cancel (14 days)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, EEA, or United Kingdom, your non-personalized order may be eligible for the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, unless an exception applies under local law.
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for cancellation once production has started, except where required by law.
If your order is eligible for withdrawal:
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged securely for return.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law.
To exercise your right to cancel, email us at info@printsfinds.com with your order number, the items you want to cancel or return, and your request.
We will issue your refund within 14 days after we receive the returned goods, using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned and received.
4) Damaged, defective, or wrong item (replacement or full refund)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@printsfinds.com and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue
- A photo of the packaging and shipping label (if available)
What happens next:
- We will review your request and confirm the best solution.
- If approved, we will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including the item price and applicable shipping when relevant.
5) Lost shipments / package not received (replacement or full refund)
If your order appears to be lost in transit or not received, you may be eligible for a replacement or a full refund.
Please contact us at info@printsfinds.com with your order number if:
- Tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or
- The package is significantly past the expected delivery window, or
- Tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it.
We may ask you to confirm your shipping address and, in some cases, provide a brief statement for the carrier. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
6) Return conditions (when a return is approved or legally required)
If a return is approved or legally required:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them.
- Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as the sender is responsible for the return until it reaches us.
7) Non-returnable items
The following items are non-returnable:

Personalized/custom items (except if damaged, defective, or incorrect)
- Gift cards
- Digital/downloadable products
Except where the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or where local law requires otherwise.
8) Refund processing
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and may take several business days to appear.
