Shipping Policy


Print Stars LTD is the operator of (https://printsfinds.com/) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

  1. General

All of the prints are printed in my studio after the order is placed. I use only high-quality materials. Every print is printed out, checked, cut, and then carefully packaged by me - personally. This way I am 100% sure of the quality that I offer to my clients.

All of my packages are sent out with a tracking number, which will be included in your order information, right after the package is shipped. You will also receive a notification e-mail on your valid e-mail address that the package is sent. If you have a problem with the tracking of your package, please send me a message through contact page and I will assist you.

Before placing your order, please, check that your address is correct and up-to-date.

If you‘d like to pay for Express Shipping, please be sure to include your phone number. This is a requirement by the carrier, in order to provide a fast and safe delivery service.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

3. Returns

3.1 I just bought something, but I changed my mind and I want to cancel my order. Is it possible?

If you change your mind within the next 12 hours about an order you’ve placed and if it is still not sent out, please let me know and I will reimburse you the full amount.

If the package is already shipped and a tracking number is assigned to your order, I’m sorry, but I won’t be able to do anything from then on.

3.2 I just received my order but I want to return this item because I don’t need it anymore. Is this possible?

Print Stars LTD will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received byme within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to me in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Please, repackage the item carefully and put it in the original packaging. Don’t forget to place all of the presents or discount coupons, in case you’ve received any.
Contact me so that I can provide you an address for return.
You have to send the package back within 14 days of the day you have received it.
All of the transportation costs and return costs will be at your expense.
When I receive the package, I will return your payment.

Print Stars LTD will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

3.3 I received a damaged/wrong item

If you received a damaged item during transportation, I will send a new one, of course. All of my packages travel with insurance. In order to receive a new item, there are several conditions, required by my insurance company that must be met:

      a/ Contact me within the next 24 hours after receiving the package.

      b/ Send me two pictures:

- a picture of the damaged item. The picture has to show the damage to the product and the design on the product.

- a picture of the package. The picture has to show your tracking number and address on the package.

Messages with requests of replacement or refund, sent later than 24-hours after delivery and without photos of the damaged items and packaging, will not be processed further.

I work with love and passion. I‘m always very careful and fully concentrated when I work but I’m also a human being and prone to error… If you have received a wrong item and it is my fault, please contact me within 24 hours after receiving the item, send me one picture of the wrong item you received and I will send you the correct one right away.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days

 4.2 Transit time Internationally

Estimated time for delivery is different and is estimated according to the location and address of delivery.

Please, if you need your package immediately and you are not sure if it will arrive on time, just send me a message, and I will reply to you as soon as possible.

The estimated time frame of delivery for standard dispatch:

USA – 10-25 Business days

Canada – 10-25 Business days

Australia and New Zeeland– 10-25 Business days

Europe – 10-15 Business days

Germany – 5-10 Business days

Greece and Romania – 4-8 Business days

All other countries – 10-30 Business days

4.3 Do you offer Express Delivery? What is the estimated period for delivery?

Yes, I do. I offer Express Delivery with DHL Express.

Estimated time for delivery for Express packages is different and is estimated according to the location and address of delivery.

USA – 2 to 6 working days, depending on the region

Canada – 2 to 6 working days, depending on the region

Australia and New Zeeland - 2 to 6 working days, depending on the region

Europe – 1 to 2 Business Days

All other countries – 2 to 6 Business days

Business days do not include Saturday and Sunday, national holidays and regional celebrations, during which the local post offices do not work.

Please, note that if you placed your order and paid for an Express delivery but forgot to provide a correct recipient’s telephone number, in order to be contacted by the carrier, they will not be able to get in touch with you. They will not be able to notify you prior to your delivery. If you are not at home (at the address, you’ve given) when the package arrives, you will then need to contact the carrier company and request a reshipment on the next business day or go to the carrier’s company office and pick your package up. The package can stay at the carrier‘s office for no longer than 3 days. If you do not pick up your package, within these 3 days, it will be returned to me or sent for destruction. Please, be careful and responsible for your packages. You have paid for them.

 4.4 When will my item be ready and my package sent?

Although my production time is noted 1 to 3 business days, in most cases I try to prepare and send every order within 24 hours after payment, during the week. If the payment is made during the weekend or national holidays, I make it on the first business day after that. Express delivery orders are prioritized.

 4.5 Help! I accidentally typed incorrect, incomplete, or old address!

In case you entered an incorrect address and noticed that after the payment, please contact me immediately!

 We have a short time frame for processing your order and shipping the package. That’s why it is best to contact me as soon as possible, as to check if there is still time for adjustments.

I bear no responsibility in case you provided a wrong, incomplete, or an old address, and you did not notify me before shipping.

After shipping the parcel, I have no control over it and cannot make any corrections of the recipient's address.

Please, enter your address only with Latin alphabet characters and numbers, and without any additional symbols – like an asterisk, quotation marks, and other hieroglyphs, because adding such could result in an error when printing the address and it will make it difficult for the scanning machines in the post offices. This will also, result in a delay in delivery.

 4.6 P.O. Box Shipping

Print Stars LTD will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer carriers services to these locations.

 4.7 Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using carrier services. 

 

4.8 What do I do if the tracking page says “Delivered” but my package is missing?

If it says “delivered” next to your tracking number on the tracking page but you haven’t received your package and you can’t find it, you need to contact the carrier and ask them what happened to your parcel. If it is marked as “delivered” I can’t do anything else on my end. I can’t reship a new item for orders that are finally processed and marked as “delivered”.

Usually, in 99% of the cases, when a package is marked as “Delivered” by USPS or the carrier, and the recipient reports it as “not delivered”, there was an actual delivery made but the recipient wasn’t found at the address, gave a completely different address, or the package was stolen. The USPS advises the recipients, to go to the local post office and require more information or file a claim to the post services and explain the situation regarding the missing parcel. In any of those extremely rare cases, I cannot reship an order. If the tracking says that the package was “delivered”, to me that is a valid proof that the package has indeed arrived and was delivered to the recipient.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

 

  1. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

 

  1. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

 

  1. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

 

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and undefined encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to undefined at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

 

  1. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order

has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

 

  1. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

 

9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

 

9.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
