Consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Print Stars LTD, Sheinovo 120, fl.5, apt.A21, 8000 Burgas, Bulgaria; e-mail: support@printsfinds.com,) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you, without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back .
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The returned goods are to be adequately packaged; however, there is no requirement to use the original packaging. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Damaged/wrong item
If you received a damaged item during transportation, we will send a new one, of course. All of our packages travel with insurance. In order to receive a new item, there are several conditions, required by our insurance company that must be met:
1. Contact us within the next 24 hours after receiving the package by e-mail: support@printsfinds.com
2. Send us two pictures:
- a picture of the damaged item. The picture has to show the damage to the product and the design on the product.
- a picture of the package. The picture has to show your tracking number and address on the package.
Messages with requests of replacement or refund, sent later than 24-hours after delivery and without photos of the damaged items and packaging, will not be processed further.
We work with love and passion. We are always very careful and fully concentrated when we work but we are also a humans being and prone to error… If you have received a wrong item and it is our fault, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the item, send us one picture of the wrong item you received and we will send you the correct one right away.
