How are orders processed and shipped?

All prints are made-to-order using high-quality materials. Each item is personally checked, cut, packaged, and shipped by the seller with a tracking number. You’ll receive a notification email once shipped. Express Shipping requires a valid phone number for delivery.

Yes, if canceled within 12 hours of purchase and before the order is shipped. Once a tracking number is assigned, cancellations are not possible.

Returns due to change of mind are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all gifts/discount coupons. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds exclude original shipping fees.

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. For damaged items, provide photos of the product damage and packaging with the tracking number. For incorrect items, send a photo of the wrong product, and we’ll replace it immediately.

Costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. This is the final price paid by the customer.

  • Domestic: 2–7 business days.
  • International: Varies by location (e.g., USA/Canada: 10–25 days; Europe: 10–15 days). Express Delivery via DHL shortens transit times (e.g., USA: 2–6 days; Europe: 1–2 days).

Yes, via DHL Express. Provide a valid phone number for carrier contact. Delays may occur if you’re unavailable during delivery, requiring reshipment at your expense.

Contact us immediately after ordering. Address corrections are only possible before shipping. We’re not responsible for errors unreported prior to dispatch. Use Latin characters only to avoid delays.

Contact the carrier (e.g., USPS) to investigate. We cannot reship orders marked “delivered.” Issues may involve theft, incorrect addresses, or missed delivery.

Import duties/taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. Refusing to pay these fees results in returns at your expense, with refunds excluding shipping costs. Sales tax is included in item prices.
